Delivery area
We deliver to England and Wales only. We do not deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
Free collection
Any order can be collected free of charge from our Birmingham workshop (51 Miller Street, B6 4NG), Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00, by arrangement. Please call 07458 148000 or 07300 815599 before you come.
How delivery is charged
Our products are grouped by how they are delivered. Each delivery group in your basket is charged once per order, however many items from that group you buy. If your basket contains items from more than one group, the charges for each group are added together at checkout. The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

• Extraction canopies (200–500cm and L-shaped), stainless steel sheets, charcoal grills, gas bottle cages, fryer racks, fish display counters, storage units, sheds and the full extraction system package – Private Delivery – £300 (in-stock items 1–3 working days; made-to-order items 7–9 working days)
• Stainless steel tables & wall shelves (made to order) – Private Delivery – £120 (7–9 working days)
• S&P TCBB, TCBBX2, TCBTX2, CVAT and KABT fans, Ventorn box fans – Pallet Delivery – FREE (1–3 working days)
• Economy axial fans, S&P REB speed controllers, canopy lights, duct spigots and weather louvres – Standard Post – £15 (1–3 working days)
• Small duct fittings: split ring clamps, spiral reducers, male couplers, end caps and access doors – Standard Post – £15 (1–3 working days)

Free delivery on orders of £3,000 or more
Orders of £3,000 or more (including VAT) get free delivery on every group except the heavy & bulky group (canopies, sheets and similar items), which is always charged at £300.
Birmingham local delivery
Local delivery within Birmingham is available by arrangement for £70 (1–3 working days). Please call us to book it.
Made-to-order and custom items
Made-to-order and custom-size items normally take around 4 working days to manufacture, in addition to the delivery time shown above. Delivery times are estimates, counted in working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Receiving your delivery
Someone must be available to receive the goods at the delivery address. Large items are delivered to the kerbside/ground floor unless agreed otherwise. Please make sure there is suitable access for the vehicle and for unloading.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your goods on delivery. Any damage, shortage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to infocanopyman@gmail.com or on 07458 148000 / 07300 815599, with photos where possible. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
