Commercial Extraction Canopy (250cm x 110cm) – Laser-Welded 430 or 304 Grade
British-made commercial kitchen extraction canopy, manufactured in-house at our Birmingham workshop using laser welding and precision press brake machinery. Choose standard 0.7mm 430-grade or premium 0.9mm 304-grade stainless steel, in a brushed or circle polished finish. Supplied with premium stainless steel baffle filters.

- 430 grade: the standard choice for most commercial kitchens – durable, hygienic and cost-effective.
- 304 grade: higher corrosion resistance and a thicker 0.9mm sheet – ideal for high-moisture, high-heat kitchens, coastal sites or where a longer service life is required.
- Other thicknesses and custom sizes are available on request in either grade.
Manufacturing Process
- Welding: Laser-welded seams using 316-grade stainless steel filler wire for a clean, fully sealed, grease-tight finish
- Forming: Bent and folded on a 100-tonne press brake for precise, consistent, distortion-free edges
- Standard: Manufactured in line with DW172, the UK specification for commercial kitchen ventilation systems

Canopy Lighting
Lights are not included with this canopy. Canopy lights can be fitted for you on request – simply add them to your order and we will install them in the canopy before delivery.
Recommended for this size: 1 canopy light – either 1 x long canopy light (125cm) or 1 x canopy light (65cm).
