It is easy to install the extractor fan motor inside the canopy. Also, it is easy to connect spiral or rectangular ducts to the back or top of the canopy. This commercial kitchen extraction canopy is suitable for all cooking equipment.

The canopy includes baffle filters. Compared to other systems on the market today, this canopy offers incredible value for money and has been specifically built for simple installation.

Material Grade Options

• Standard: 430 grade stainless steel, 0.7mm thickness
• 304 grade stainless steel: available as a custom, made-to-order option for higher corrosion resistance, at a higher price
• Other thicknesses also available for custom orders in either grade

Manufacturing Process

• Welding: Laser-welded seams using 316-grade stainless steel filler wire for a clean, fully sealed, grease-tight finish
• Forming: Bent and folded on a 100-tonne press brake for precise, consistent, distortion-free edges
• Standard: Manufactured in line with DW172, the UK specification for commercial kitchen ventilation systems
