• 200 cm Stainless Steel Extraction Canopy – commercial- 430 grade, suitable for heavy‑duty kitchen extraction
• 3 metres Spiral Ducting – Ø355 mm – galvanised steel, rigid, high‑flow
• 3 × Flanges – Ø355 mm – for secure duct connection and sealing
• 355 mm Extract Fan (S&P) + Electronic Speed Controller – efficient airflow with adjustable speed
• Weather Cowl – Ø355 mm – external protection against rain and back‑draft
• 1 × 90° Bend – Ø355 mm – smooth airflow redirection
• 1 × Stainless Steel Sheet – Brushed Polish Finish 430 grade – for wall protection behind cooking line
• 2 × Heavy‑Duty Wall Brackets – for secure canopy mounting

Canopy Manufacturing

• Standard: 430 grade stainless steel, 0.7mm thickness
• 304 grade: available as a custom, made-to-order option for higher corrosion resistance, at a higher price
• Welding: Laser-welded seams using 316-grade stainless steel filler wire for a fully sealed, grease-tight finish
• Forming: Bent and folded on a 100-tonne press brake for precise, distortion-free edges
• Standard: Canopy manufactured in line with DW172, the UK specification for commercial kitchen ventilation systems

Canopy Lighting

A canopy light is not included in this package. It can be fitted for you on request – add 1 x long canopy light (125cm) or 1 x canopy light (65cm) to your order and we will install it in the canopy before delivery.

All ductwork and fittings are sized at 355 mm to maintain optimal performance and compliance with standard ventilation requirements.
